Legacy Keepers Mission - 30 Minute Thursday Writing Challenge

The writing prompt presented in today's Zoom Global Writing session was a bit more reflective. As we continue with our #LegacyKeepers mission and writing #Herstory the prompt is as follows:

• Write about the women/woman in your life on how and why she inspires you.

A wealth of wisdom lives among us in our elders - sisters, aunts, mothers, grandmothers, friends, and cousins. This list includes our fictive kin you know as Black people part of our culture includes our "play cousins" and " play aunties". Record the stories about the women in your family and community. We control our narrative! We tell our stories our way!
